School trips and youth group stays

Can Freu, in Vilobí d’Onyar (La Selva, Girona), hosts school trips and youth group stays (youth clubs, scouts). We have 60 places, a 2-hectare private oak forest, a pool and a marquee. Schools can join our 3-day Adventure Raid with full board and instructors; youth groups can book the whole house with use of the kitchen.
Schools and parent associations
Adventure Raid 3 days.
From March to the end of June we run 3-day school trips (Monday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Friday), packed with adventure and bike activities in our private forest.
- Biking on the forest circuit: an introduction to mountain biking in a safe, enclosed setting, adapted to each age and level.
- Forest adventure: orienteering games, nature walks and team activities across 2 ha of oak forest.
- Pool and water games: supervised swimming in the hottest hours.
- Full board: child-friendly meals, lunch to lunch.
- Qualified instructors, with ratios adapted to age.
- Accompanying teachers stay free.
For children aged 6 to 14, grouped by age. Minimum 40 pupils.
Youth groups
Whole house with use of the kitchen.
For youth clubs, scouts and leisure groups who bring their own team of leaders. You have the whole house for your group and organise the activities and meals yourselves.
- 60 places in rooms with bunk beds.
- Kitchen available to the group.
- Private oak forest of 2 hectares for games and activities.
- Pool and marquee for hot or rainy days.
- 7 minutes from Girona airport and 10 minutes from Maçanet-Massanes station.
